Jen Gill – enACT Membership Coordinator
Her Business Career
With aspirations to be an actor, having been involved in drama at school and college, Jen took her parents advice to ‘get some proper skills to fall back on’ and opted for the sensible route, training to a PA.
Qualified with a degree in Politics, Philosophy and History and with a keen interest in current affairs, Jen’s career has seen her work at LBC, ITV, BBC and she was part of the launch team for ITV Digital – later to become Freeview.

Her Passion and Purpose
Having worked in many small businesses, as a Business Manager, and with a “launch” mentality (she loves the adrenaline rush that goes with working to deadlines!), Jen get’s a kick out of helping entrepreneurs achieve their goals.
Jen runs a team of virtual PA’s with varying skills and strengths, but with one shared purpose – to take away the faff for small businesses and entrepreneurs so that they can focus on what’s most important and play to their strengths!
Because Jen has brought together the most capable PA’s around, businesses who don’t need, or can’t afford, a full-time member of staff, can use Jen’s services as and when they need them. Jen Gill Virtual PA’s have a diverse range of clients, from a florist in London, a web developer in Kent, a cycling coach in East Sussex and of course she takes care of everything membership related for enACT!
Their clients have turnovers from the thousands to the tens of millions, but they share one thing in common – they need excellent professional support to ensure they can do what they are good at and not get bogged down in the faff.
Ultimately, Jen is driven by her passion for her son, Fred. She says “The reason for everything I do is ultimately to ensure my son has the best life I can provide for him”.
The Secret to her Success
Asked what the secret is to her success, Jen says “I come from a family of entrepreneurs! It’s in my blood! I am very business savvy. In addition, I have collected over 20 years experience working in extremely tough industries and so I’m incredibly resilient. There isn’t much that rattles me and so, whilst my client’s lives and businesses are organised, I’m often the person they call to bat ideas around with too! I’ve been told I’m worth my weight in gold!”

When not organising and sorting, Jen can be found watching Sci-fi, ranting on Social Media about current affairs, or building lego with her boy!
